We are extremely delighted to proclaim the resounding success of the last and the most awaited speaker session of our flagship event Ekaansh’22. The platform was a compendium of UPSC aspirants and admirers of this distinguished personality Dr. Kiran Bedi.
Being the first woman IPS officer in India, Kiran Bedi eloquently touched upon several critical issues pertinent to Indian bureaucracy. In her perfectly-structured speech, she poured out her unmatched experiences. The audience was in awe of her riveting energy emanating through the ideas conveyed in her words. Dr. Kiran Bedi proceeded to shed light on the importance of the three key pillars of the modern bureaucracy – coordination, collaboration, and teamwork. Extending upon this section, she urged aspiring individuals to be as true to their jobs as they are to themselves. She also stressed the need for individuals deployed in the executive to work in tandem to maintain the integrity of the federal system.💫
Purposelessness doesn’t lead a person anywhere but to chaos and confusion. It is the purpose that steers the wheels of hard work to success, the same that was executed remarkably by our speaker. The fiery passion within her became a stepping stone for her success. The audience was gobsmacked by her aura and their discerning attention made this initiative a huge success.
